Indicares Foundation
Since 2015, Indicaa has very strong commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Philanthropy. Indicaa always seeks avenues to give it back to the society by extending assistance to the needy and underprivileged. On the 26th of December 2018, when Indicaa celebrated its Silver Jubilee, our CEO & MD Sanjeev Garg emphasized on this and announced the formation of “INDICARES FOUNDATION”. Indicaa’s endeavor will be to allocate a reasonable portion of its earnings every year for helping the needy in any which way it can.
As a good start to the year 2019, Indicaa contributed INR 500,001/- to ALFRED SOLOMON HEART FOUNDATION. ASHF, as it is known popularly, is a non-profit Charitable Trust which provides treatment for heart-related ailments to Children from the weaker socio-economic strata of our society. Our Contribution has been warmly acknowledged by the Trustees of ASHF.
When Indicaa celebrated its 25 years of existence, the Management had decided to form “INDICARES FOUNDATION” with an endeavor to give back whatever it can to the society. In this same regard, the Management decided to support SNF (Special Needs Future Development Center) which works to promote independence and confidence amongst people of determination. In the year 2019 we took an initiative to sponsor education for 4 students from SNF by contributing AED 110,000/- and in the following year 2020 we have contributed AED 66,000/-.
We are involved as a Philanthropic partner with the Akshaya’s H.E.L.P. Trust, to keep their program alive and encourage them to continue doing the good work. Indicaa makes regular monthly contributions to the trust.
The corona virus Covid 19 pandemic is the defining health crisis of our time. It has brought many countries to stand still. In this view, PM Cares fund has contributed to over come the COVID issues in India, led by the Indian prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi. Indicaa has contributed INR 25,00,000 for this cause.
From October 2020, Indicaa took an initiative to contribute INR 50,000/- every month to Snehasadan, Mumbai. Snehasadan works towards providing homes for orphans, homeless & children of single parent and tries to reunite the children with their families, if possible. Indicaa hopes that this step taken to support Snehasadan will help them make the difference.
Mehru Nisa is a 2 year old child, R/o Malgoonipora Sopore, Jammu & Kashmir. Suffering from Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), she was in need for an urgent surgery of ICR. Indicaa has contributed INR 1,50,000 to Diya India Foundation, New Delhi for this cause.
